How is employee tenure calculated?

Tenure is calculated using the calendar difference between the Date of Joining and the selected As on Date, expressed as completed years, months and days. The calculation correctly handles leap years, February, different month lengths and month-end dates.

Adding duration to a date

You can add years, months and days independently to a starting date — enter any combination of the three. The calculation handles month-end dates and leap years correctly.
