To create and manage your account and verify your identity via OTP.

To display your Hunters Profile to verified employers for HR roles.

To process employer job listings and match them with relevant candidates.

To provide access to the Policy Library, HR Templates, Compliance tools, and HR Tools.

To send transactional emails such as OTP verification codes and account notifications.

To improve the platform and understand how it is being used.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Candidate profile information (name, professional details, resume) is visible to verified employers on the platform for the purpose of HR hiring.

We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the platform (such as email delivery and payment processing), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
