1. About SupeHR

SupeHR is an online platform that connects employers with HR professionals and job seekers. We provide tools for job posting, compliance document generation, and HR resources.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SupeHR. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of SupeHR require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to update your information as necessary.

4. Job Postings

Employers may post job listings on SupeHR subject to our posting guidelines. Free listings are subject to admin review before going live. Premium listings go live immediately upon successful payment.

You agree that all job postings are accurate, lawful, and do not discriminate on the basis of caste, religion, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic under applicable Indian law.

SupeHR reserves the right to remove any job listing that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, without notice or refund.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments for Premium services are processed securely through Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided once a Premium job listing has gone live or a compliance document has been generated, except where required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SupeHR, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SupeHR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on SupeHR without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use SupeHR for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the platform, its users, or third parties.

Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: posting false or misleading information, scraping or harvesting data, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or using the platform to send unsolicited communications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SupeHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SupeHR after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
