1. About SupeHR

SupeHR is an HR-focused platform providing a job portal for HR professionals, a Policy Library, HR Templates, Compliance tools, and HR Tools. The platform is operated from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

2. User Accounts

Candidates must register and verify their identity via OTP before accessing certain features such as downloading templates or viewing full policy content.

Employers must register and verify their account before posting job listings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. SupeHR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

3. Job Portal

The SupeHR job portal is intended exclusively for HR-related roles. Employers may post job listings subject to review and approval by SupeHR.

SupeHR does not guarantee employment or the accuracy of any job listing. Employers are solely responsible for the content of their listings.

Candidates consent to their profile information being visible to verified employers on the platform for the purpose of HR hiring.

4. HR Resources

The Policy Library, HR Templates, Compliance tools, and HR Tools are provided for informational and practical reference purposes only.

Nothing on SupeHR constitutes legal advice. You should consult a qualified legal or HR professional before relying on any content for compliance or legal purposes.

SupeHR makes reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, but does not warrant that all content is current, complete, or error-free.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SupeHR to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.

You agree not to scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SupeHR — including text, templates, tools, design, and code — is the property of SupeHR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use HR Templates and tools for your own professional HR purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of SupeHR content.

7. Disclaimers

SupeHR is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the platform for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SupeHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of SupeHR shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
