How is age calculated?

Age is calculated from the Date of Birth to the selected As on Date and displayed in completed years, months and days. The completed age represents the fully completed number of years — for example, 42 years 11 months shows a completed age of 42.

How is retirement date calculated?

The retirement date is calculated by adding the selected retirement age to the employee's date of birth. For example, an employee born on 15/07/1983 with a retirement age of 60 will retire on 15/07/2043.

Organisation tenure at retirement

Expected organisation tenure is calculated from the Date of Joining through the calculated retirement date, giving the total years, months and days of service the employee is expected to complete.
