HR Speak is a curated collection of real experiences, observations and lessons from people who have worked in HR.
We are interested in experiences that educate, challenge thinking or provide an honest perspective on the HR profession.
We do not publish every submission. Every contribution is reviewed by SupeHR before publication.
Who can submit?
HR Speak is primarily intended for people with genuine professional HR experience. The contributor should provide sufficient professional information for SupeHR to verify their identity and HR background. LinkedIn verification will be an important part of the review process.
SupeHR may consider submissions based on:
Authenticity
- Contributor must be a genuine person.
- Professional identity must be verifiable.
HR relevance
- Story should come from HR experience or have a meaningful connection to HR work.
Originality
- Submission should be the contributor's own work.
- No copied articles or republished material without appropriate rights.
Experience and learning
- The submission should provide an experience, observation, lesson or perspective that could be useful to other HR professionals.
Confidentiality
- Contributors must not unnecessarily disclose confidential company information, employee personal information or identifiable sensitive details.
Editorial discretion
- Submission does not guarantee publication.
- SupeHR reserves the right to edit, reject, shorten or request clarification before publication.
Professional conduct
- SupeHR will not publish content that is defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, promotional, or clearly intended to target or harass an identifiable individual or organisation.
