HR Manager – Qatar 🇶🇦

Industry: Construction | Engineering | Technical | Facility Management
Experience: 12–15 years, with 4–5+ years relevant industry experience
Visa: Transferable Qatar Visa mandatory
Driving License: Mandatory

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on / hardcore HR experience
• End-to-end recruitment, especially hiring within Qatar
• Employee relations, performance & disciplinary management
• Qatar Labour Laws & MOL knowledge
• Labour Camp management experience
• Workforce planning, retention & HR operations
• Balanced Scorecard knowledge & implementation
• Payroll, compensation & benefits coordination
